Returns & Refunds Policy for Skincare Products
At HomeSpun Chick, we want you to love your skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on opened or used items. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are here to help. Please read our policy below to learn more about how we handle returns and refunds.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Refunds on Used Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used skincare items. We prioritize the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products. We also encourage customers to thoroughly read the ingredients and product descriptions on our website to ensure the products are right for their needs.
Unopened or Unused Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unopened or unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at homespunchick@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will be happy to provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Skin Sensitivity or Reactions
We understand that everyone’s skin is unique, and you may have concerns about trying new skincare products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products. If you have concerns about allergies or skin reactions, we encourage you to perform a patch test on a small area of your skin before using the product fully.
If you experience a significant adverse reaction to our products, please contact us immediately at homespunchick@gmail.com. While we cannot offer a full refund, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, whether that’s recommending an alternative product or offering a store credit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an unopened, unused item for another product, please contact us at homespunchick@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any difference in price and return shipping costs.
